Building 540, Premier Automotive Group, Gaydon

Detailed design and construction of a new workshop, offices and laboratories for Land Rover and the Gaydon site.

Works comprised of a trussed rafter building of 6500m2 footprint with high specification Paroc paneling, glazing and aluminium flashings.

The building housed 2750m2 of offices and 1400m2 of laboratories on ground and first floor levels.

Mercedes - Ilmor, Brixworth

A major investment by Mercedes-Ilmor in their research, development and manufacturing facilities at Brixworth, home of the Formula One Championship McLaren Mercedes engine. The Partnership project involved the design and construction of new engine test cells, raw materials delivery and stores areas and research and development offices. A new complex has also been built to a unique concept design providing major sponsorship facilities at first floor level and restaurant and kitchen facilities at ground level with the capacity to serve up to three hundred people per hour.

Land Rover - T5, Production Facility, Solihull

The design and construction of a 48,000 M2 BIW production facility at the Land Rover site in Solihull.

"Body in White" is a key stage in the car manufacturing process and this massive new facility at Land Rover's Solihull base has enabled significantly higher volume production to be achieved. Working closely with The Clients project team, the first phase of the building was available for fit out works to commence after only 22 weeks and the whole project was completed well within the overall 52 week programme.

The project was secured following a two stage tender and procurement process, culminating in an internet auction.
