The 32 week contract at IM Properties, 400 acre Birch Coppice Business Park near Tamworth was the second of two speculatively developed distribution units and follows on from Anglo Holt’s fulfilment of the £12m development of Birmingham Intermodal Freight Terminal.

Construction of a 6,000m2 warehouse facility with 5,500m2 of service yard as an extension to the existing Davies Turner facility.

The project included the fit-out of the warehouse, and the design and construction of the UK's largest secure drugs store incorporating the latest security specifications, developed in partnership with the Home Office.

Distribution Facility , Hagemeyer (UK) Ltd, Runcorn
The development of a greenfield site to create a new 32,500m2 high tech National Distribution Centre for Hagemeyer (UK) Ltd.
The design and construction works, carried out in close cooperation with English Partnerships comprised a new warehouse, 3-storey offices and gatehouse. Extensive external works carried out on difficult ground conditions, included service yard hardstandings, car parks and dedicated site access road and bridges.
Situated two minutes from Junction 11 of the M56, the new 24 hour purpose built distribution centre boasts a high tech warehouse management system, supplying 50,000 product lines, 52 weeks a year.
