Individually designed and purpose built, the objective is to create customer focused landmark destinations to compliment the latest models from the worlds finest manufacturers such as Bentley, Mercedes Benz, Chrysler and Audi.
Brixton, Trafford Park, Manchester
Construction of a flexible arrangement of up to 20 high spec individual retail units within five
terraced blocks.
The scheme also included provision of block paved car parking, concrete service yards, and extensive
landscaping on the site of the former Carborundum works, Trafford Park, Manchester.
The project required construction of security gatehouse and CCTV infrastructure in addition to
realignment and renewal of adjacent rail track.

Sytner Group Ltd, Audi, Bradford
The design and construction of a New Car Dealership with service and repair workshop and valet
cleaning.
The site was previously part of Bradford Gas Works, its part remediation was carried out in 2004. The three
plotted site required the full remediation for the construction of the dealership and the connecting Estate
Road. The plot is divided by the Bradford Beck, the culvert cover formed the basis of the building design, with
showroom and workshop constructed on opposting sides of the Beck bridging with the covered drive
through.

Sytner Group Ltd, Knutsford
The design and construction of a New Car Dealership with service and repair workshop.
The brown field site development included the remediation of a former paper mill site and included
the construction of a new signal junction and estate roadway. The infrastructure works and dealership
works were packaged together to give Anglo Holt single point responsibility for delivery in the required
timescale. Following an initial infrastructure works programme of 14 weeks the dealership was constructed in a 28 weeks period and was handed over in December 2007 for opening in January 2008.

The modernisation and expansion of Sytner's existing Audi showrooms to a new high quality specification.
The design and construction work included the provision of state of the art MOT test, service and repair and valeting bays. Relocating the sales operation and the construction of a new parts distribution centre. All of this was achieved by careful phasing of the work to minimize the disruption to the existing operation.

The design and construction of a new car showroom and workshops, one of a new generation, of Mercedez Benz Sales and Service Centres incorporating the latest brand architecture and high quality specifications.
The facility provides 640m2 of showroom and display floor area within a comfort cooled environment; 18 repair bays and an MOT test facility; car wash and valeting buildings and extensive access hadstandings and customer and display car parking.

New Retail Units, Brixton PLC, Great Western Industrial Park, Southall
A Brownfield site on an existing industrial estate in Southall, West London for Brixton PLC.
The project consists of the design and construction of a 40,000 sq ft retail warehouse for Selco, the builders merchants.
In addition to the design and construction of individual warehouse units which totals 19,500 sqft, the works include construction of external service yards and car parking.
