Carl Sheppard
Carl has in excess of 20 years design experience including senior positions held at a number of Design and Build organisations.
In 1983 Carl joined Anglo Holt Construction, taking full responsibility for all Design based activities within the company in 2002.
Carl is a dynamic individual, who is called upon to be the inspirational and creative member of the design team.
His knowledge and understanding of legislative and technical requirements, allied with his strong commercial skills provide Anglo Holt with a unique and invaluable resource.

Andrew Hall
Andy Hall is a very experienced member of the project delivery team in Anglo Holt. With over 30 years in the industry, Andy started his career as a joiner rising through project management before becoming a director.
Andy maintains a number of key client relationships working in particular with Sytner Group for in excess of 5 years.
Andy is known for his hands on approach to construction management.

Simon Garland
Joining the company as an assistant engineer in 1989, Simon moved through a variety of departments within Anglo Holt during his initial training, eventually focusing on the commercial sector.
Passing his degree in 1994 he was able to combine his practical and academic experience by heading up the commercial section on the Land Rover re-development works. Subsequent projecst have included Retail units, Travelodge hotels, Health centres, Airports, Rail, Civil Engineering, Commercial developments and MOD work. He became a director in 2002 and in 2007 Joint Managing Director.
TRAINING
"We support a policy of continued safety training for all our personnel from induction training to additional briefing on any new regulations and codes of practice "
In addition, on-site training for machine operators and a regular safety policy review of every site with regard to health and safety performance is provided. It is essential that the health and safety performance of our sub contractors achieves the same standard as our own. We inspect the sub-contractors own safety policy and
implementation prior to any work commencing on one of our sites and during the life of the contract.
Tony Wehby
With over 20 years experience in the industry, Tony has overseen a number of complex construction projects with Christiani and Nielsen and Carillion before joining Anglo Holt Construction.
A strong minded team leader with excellent organisational skills, Tony has an energetic and hands on management style which encourages internal and external team members to achieve project goals in a lively and dynamic environment.
Tony has Chaired the Chartered Institute of Building in the Midlands and presently offers guidance to clients and contractors in the West Midlands as a Director of the Government sponsored Construction Excellence and is Chairman of the Construction Industry Partnerships Centres for Warwickshire.

Andy Elwell
Andy is an experienced individual in the field of design and construction with excellent organisational and communication skills and a successful track record in the management of many projects for a range of blue chip clients. His career has progressed from all aspects of site management on various types of projects gaining a broad experience of construction process. Andy’s wide experience enables him to identify and select design solutions in conjunction with clients’ project teams.
Andy is responsible for the overall business sales strategy and management of operations management team who have responsibility of project delivery.
